1. What this system is for

FacultyEval AI helps higher education institutions manage faculty evaluation results. Authorized users can upload official evaluation PDFs, view performance summaries, and use analytics and AI-assisted insights to support decisions.

This platform is a results management and decision-support tool. It does not replace official institutional policies, human judgment, or formal HR / academic processes.

2. Who may use the system

Accounts are intended for authorized members of participating institutions, such as:

• Faculty members
• Administrators / guidance or evaluation staff
• QA officers
• Program chairs, deans, and academic leaders (for example, VPAA)

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials private.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use the system only for legitimate institutional evaluation and improvement purposes.
• Do not share your password or allow others to use your account.
• Upload only official or authorized evaluation documents.
• Do not attempt to access data outside your assigned role or department/college scope.
• Treat evaluation scores, comments, and reports as confidential when required by your institution.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, copy, or redistribute evaluation data without authorization
• Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the system
• Falsify evaluation records or claim another person’s results
• Use the system to harass, discriminate against, or unfairly target individuals

6. Accounts and access

Your institution (or system administrators) may approve, suspend, or remove accounts. Access may also depend on your role (for example, faculty see their own linked results; chairs and deans see scoped college/department data).

7. Data ownership and records

Evaluation content uploaded into the system remains the responsibility of the institution that owns those records. The platform stores and processes that data so authorized users can analyze performance and generate reports.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the system available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be updated to improve accuracy, security, or usability. When these Terms change in a meaningful way, the “Last updated” date will be revised.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, FacultyEval AI and its operators are not responsible for decisions made solely based on AI outputs, temporary outages, or issues caused by incorrect uploaded files or misuse of accounts.
